CASSAVA


The root of this plant, eaten as a staple food in the tropics only afterleaching and drying.Through                   this root, we can make more dessert      just like cassava cakes,puto and more. 

It taste sweet and we usually make this when we will have our trip or just in an ordinary days.

Sweet potatoes are not always orange-fleshed on the inside but can also be a spectacular purple color. How sweet it is for your health to eat sweet potatoes!Not only do they taste like dessert, but they provide some surprising health benefits.












 SALVARO BREAD
The main ingredients of salvaro are the enriched wheat flour,sugar,sodium bicarbonate,shredded coconut, and shortening.It is also known to be a very healthy and nutritritious delight for all.
                   
It is basically coconut crackers on flat oval and very thin biscuits.It is wafer-thin and very crispy. It has a unique taste due to its coconut flavor.









BIKO

Biko is my all-time favorite dessert item.It uses only 4 ingredients-which,in a  pinch, can evenbe cut down to three and is so simple to make an requires no special tools or pans,which makes it an easy endeavor for someone who doesn't yet have a properly-equiped kitchen.
